Last weekend Shawn (Ryan's brother) and family invited us down to Olympia to go to Sand in the City. It a fun festival with tons of children activities and they come and dump tons of sand in the streets and the kids get to go at it. Seems like a pain in the buns to clean up (thats probably the mom in me), but the kids had fun :)
It was good to see Andrew, Jared and Melissa too. There was obviously lots of sand to play in, crafts to make, music, water tables to play in, etc.
I can;t believe Jakers is big enough to get in on the action. Look at him standing there!!
Haha these hats you were supposed to decorate into a crab but I forgot Jake's hat and grabbed one to shield his head from the sun. It stayed on for about 4 seconds but it was dang cute :)
Jake and I were dancing to the music. They had a fun Puerto Rican band.
We had a great time :)
