Charleston

My mom came out to visit recently and we had a great time. She loves history and really wanted to see a plantation. Ryan and I knew we had to take her to Charleston, South Carolina. There's plantation all over the south but there's tons of neat historical sites in Charleston. We went to Drayton Hall which was a plantation built in the 1730s!!! It had huge, gorgeous live oaks and still looked green and beautiful in the middle of January. It felt like the coldest day of the year, especially with the wind, but we had a good time. :)
After we went downtown, walking along the boardwalk and admiring all the old homes and ocean. We even saw a dolphin! It was fun and we want to go back, there's so much to see and do!

The details were incredible for being built almost 300 year ago!

Cousins in Town

A few weekends ago Vince's cousins came down from North Carolina to visit. It was really fun, they were here for 3 days and Vince had a blast!

Vince has been walking more and more and sometimes pushes his high chair around, super cute

Vince had some left over balloons from his birthday party and Andrea figured out if you rub it on your head it will stick to the ceiling! They had lots of fun playing that game, it was cute.

Christmas in Wisconsin Part 2

Christmas morning! It was great, and Vince had no idea what was going on but still great. Vince was kinda but not really into opening his presents but once he saw a few (after his nap haha) he really liked his toys!

Grandpa and grandma Stanley gave Vince this awesome toy walker that he loves!! It's so neat because it has a fun toy/computerized thing on the front with lots of music and fun things to play with. Then the obvious part, helping Vince walk around, he's so cute!!

A few days after Christmas we went into Milwaukee to the domes. It's 3 different domes with different habitats and ecosystems. It was neat to see.

There was this huge teddy bear and we thought it would be cute to get a picture with the kids and Vince, but he had other plans than sitting still for the picture and smiling.

After we went to the famous Kopps. I swear we go everytime we're in Wisconsin. Not that that's a bad thing, it's amazing! Great food and custard, not ice cream (I've gotten scolded for calling it ice cream)!

Look at all that snow!

Almost all the boys!
