Ryan Matthew Stanley is graduating from BYU-Idaho Friday, July 20th!!!!!! We are so excited and I couldn't be more proud!!! He has worked so hard for so many years and will have his Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering which is the hardest major! I'm not exaggerating, the classes he's had to take are out of this world in science and math, not anyone could be an engineer. So, if you can't tell Ryan is pretty amazing! :) We have been blessed with getting a great job offer from where he did his internship last fall with John Deere in Augusta, GA and we accepted. He starts August 1st and we are pumped. I threw him a little graduation party and decided to make a John Deere cake. It my not look like much but it is LEAPS and BOUNDS compared to my first cake, I really don't know if I could even call it that, it was more like a disaster! haha But the food was good and the party was fun! Only 4 more days til its a reality!!!

Baby Shower
So I finally revealed our secret to facebook and figured I should do a blog post... We're having a BABY!!! Ryan and I are so excited!! The due date is Jan 3rd which makes me about 15 1/2 weeks along. Typically people don't have baby showers until their last trimester but because Ryan and I are getting out of Rexburg THIS FRIDAY, my friends Tami and Jaynee threw me a baby shower!! It was seriously so awesome and I can't thank them enough!! The food, decorations and everything was so great! I wanted to thank all my family and friends for coming and celebrating and all the wonderful gifts!
Tami made this awesome fruit salad, look how creative she is!Kliss is the next cake boss and whipped this little number up, and look at the cute pregnant lady she made from SCRATCH!!
Here I am at 15 weeks!
Great gift from Tami, love the colors
Jaynee made me this nursing cover, I had to try it on

Grand Tetons
Ryan and I went camping this weekend and had tons of fun! A couple years ago we found this campsite near the Hoback River, south of Jackson. Its called Wolf Creek and really not that special but we like it. It was a gorgeous day but the nights cool way down and Ryan forgot his sweatshirt, hence the blanket wrapped around him!! It was fun, we had chili, played Phase 10 and enjoyed the wilderness and peace!
Like I said, it really cools down at night and poor Ryan didnt have his sweatshirt! Lets just say that was the fastest we've ever packed up our campsite! ;)
The next day we went to Grand Teton National Park and saw 3 moose, 2 bull moose and 1 cow! We were like 25 yards from the 2 bull moose and it was awesome!! The Grand Teton National Park was cool, but Yellowstone is way better!

Running and Fishing
Yesterday was the Teton Dam Marathon and Tami, Jaynee, Ryan and I did the 5k!! It was so fun and I'm so proud of everyone, especially Ryan! He really doesn't like to run but he did it anyways and did really good!
It was also free fishing day in the state of Idaho so Ryan and I went up to his friends cabin in Island Park and went fishing! It was crappy weather and actually snowed that evening, so thats why I look like Im dressed for January! haha Ryan caught about 5 of these brooke trout and I caught one! They were unfortunately too small to eat but maybe in Georgia we'll get some big ones.

Mothers Day at Mesa Falls
Mothers Day was a great day! I got to talk to my mom who is truly amazing!! Ryan and I made these wood missionary plaque for our mothers which they both really liked and turned out great! I was able to talk to my brother Harrison who is serving an LDS mission in Knoxville, TN and doing great!! It was so fun to talk to him and he truly is amazing!! He is such a changed man and his testimony is so strong!! He brought tears to my eyes with the things he was saying!! After church Kelly and Steve invited us over for dinner (which was really good) and then we went to Mesa Falls!
I wanted to post this earlier but I was afraid Laurie would see! :)

Ombre Shirt
I really like the look of ombre clothing that is seeming to become more popular. I don't think I'm brave enough to try on my hair, but maybe one day. I came across this ombre shirt I found on pinterest and it had this great tutorial.
It was really pretty simple, I bought the dye and was going to have white at the top and slowly go into orange but I messed up and had to do it all orange, but I like the way it turned out!

Pantech
This is my Pantech phone which I've had for about 1 1/2 years and has been so good to me. Well after work on Tuesday I had forgotten that I put on phone in my jacket and totally washed it!!!!! I couldnt believe I did that! What a MELVIN! I've never done that and thought all was ruined! Lucky for me I have an amazing husband who is super smart and amazing. He took it apart and dried it overnight without ever turning it on and it worked!!! My phone actually turned on and is working perfectly fine!! I can't believe it went through a WHOLE WASHING MACHINE CYCLE and still works!!! So if you ever accidently wash your phone, DO NOT TURN IT ON, take it apart and let it air dry first or it will just short circuit and you can say good bye, but let it dry and hopefully your as lucky as I was!
