Cabela's comes to the south and garden update

Here's a little garden update. We started growing our tomato plants inside because we started them from seeds and they are doing great! Except one is struggling but we have faith! :) They were growing out of the egg cartons so we moved them to some bigger pots so they could grow before we put them in the ground.

Today was a big day, opening day of the first Cabela's not only in Georgia but the Southeast! The closest one is in Charleston, WV!! It was awesome that they opened one right in Augusta, GA. They were giving away up to $250 gift cards to the first 500 people so Vince and I thought we'd give it a go. We got there an hour early and our chances looked pretty good. The weather was great and Vince had a good time being in the stroller and walking around entertaining people. Ryan ended up coming for a long lunch break right before it opened and had seen that the line had wrapped around where we couldn't see and we didn't end up being the first 500. But it was still fun and got a bunch of free stuff they were handing out, entered a sweepstake and Ryan bought some .22 ammo.

It was so cute this morning when he was eating his oatmeal he started to see Elmo and got excited and a big smile, then if I covered him up again with more oatmeal he'd fuss. He loves his Elmo!

This is in line at Cabelas. trooper with Elmo

It was fun, instead of cutting the red ribbon for the grand opening, the had an archer shoot an arrow through the ribbon. You can see him in the tree stand and I could actually see it break the ribbon from where I was standing.

The boys

Vince was getting pretty tired. We're starting to transition from 2 to 1 naps and he stayed up later than normal without a nap, but he did well.

It was cute, they had music going and I look down at Vince and he was dancing a little. I tried to get it on film, but he was done
